Sarasota Exec Course
 

I see the Sarasota executive course coming along really nice. However the more I look at it, the more I am confused. I see the starter shack up by the driving range but there is no tee box anywhere near the shack. In fact there isn't a hole near the shack.

What am I missing?

A map?

The first green is up near where the parking lot was when the practice green and sand trap were in use. The first tee is a bit away from the starter shack.

When?
 

Does anyone have an idea (guess?) when this course will be available for play? If you can provide a link for this information I would appreciate it.

I believe it will open in the fall, probably October. Escambia may open by the end of the year. These times presume the greens will fill in well enough before the overseed so we don't experience problems like Palmetto.
