United Health Care Complete (HMO)
Anyone using this network of doctors? This plan covers supplement ins. and drug plan with no premium but has up to a $4500 yearly deductible. Just wondering how it works for people living in TV and good network of doctors and hospitals?

Wife and I have had the insurance for 2 years. I think its great. Good primary care doctors, close to home. I was referred to 2 specialists, took care of my prostate cancer, did not cost me a penny. Very good network of good doctors.
Hope this helps out. |

If this is the same plan as United Health Care The Villages HMO - buyer beware. I currently have a dear friend whose husband has this coverage and is experiencing end stage renal failure. Because they cannot find a doctor in the area that takes this plan they have to travel all the way to Clermont 3 times a week for dialysis.

My husband and I both have United Health Care The Villages HMO and we think it is wonderful. The doctors are great and so is the staff.

There is no deductible and no referral required. Villages UHC system accepts this insurance. If the doctor or medical provider accepts Medicare, this plan pays the remainder. |

My opinion
I went ton village health 2 times after falling 7 times in the house. The docter at village health new nothing. I will never trust my healh to a group where the doctors are so clueless. Ii am 78 and will not skimp on health care. It cost a bit more but we want good care and not some rejects who could not make it on there own.
