We have a private newly updated Courtyard Villa in a quiet neighborhood just a 10 minute golf cart ride from Lake Sumter Landing and the new town square Brownwood Paddock. This Villa was professionally decorated by Southern Lifestyles and includes all the comforts of home. Relax in the spacious well appointed home and enjoy the large lanai which looks out onto a private, over-sized grassy corner lot backyard featuring a perfect northeast exposure that provides a quiet and relaxing retreat that you can use all day long.

Our CYV is completely furnished and includes 2 HDTVs with premium service, Hi speed internet, local and national phone service as well as a gas cart, BBQ grill and 2 temporary resident passes as part of the rental. Our Villa is available July, August, and November in 2015 and then it won't become available again until May 2016 so it isn't available for January 2016.
