Can I Be your Buddy?
 

My name is Buddy and I am a young male hound/beagle mix (about 5 months old – just a pup!). I am about 48 pounds and the vet said I have a little growing to do but not much. I am great with cats and other dogs, and I’m basically a mellow laid back kinda boy. Ya know, a sweet guy ☺

I have been to the vet and have a clean bill of health ☺.
Now all I need is a place to call home…

Several weeks ago, a nice homeless man found me and we became good friends – he named me “Buddy.” But he was not able to take good care of me and after a month or so, I was hungry and dehydrated – in pretty bad shape ☹. Next thing I knew, I was found by some nice people after I collapsed outside their office building in Lady Lake. A sweet lady is fostering me right now, but she cannot keep me permanently so I need to find my forever family… Can you help me do that?

What a sweet looking boy that has had a very hard life so far. Hope a Villager opens their home to him soon.

Buddy is soooo good looking. I know there is a good home with a couple of kids to run & play with, maybe a yard with a pool - Oh My - the possibilities!! Hoping your new home comes along soon, and thanks to whomever is fostering him.

bump for Buddy

I've had a few nibbles, but nothing permanent yet! I'm hoping he finds a home soon. The longer we wait, the more him and I become attached! I would love to keep him, but I work full-time, and he needs someone who can give him all the attention he deserves.
