Wanted Male Yorkie

We are still so very sad, at Little Bear's passing, and I am wondering if having another Yorkie might help us both. With all the sadness and terror in the world right now, it seems selfish of us to be so consumed over the loss of our pet. However, I'd appreciate any information you might want to share about reputable Yorkie Breeder/sellers within the Ocala/Leesburg/Mt Dora/Orlando area. We are open to the idea of adoption again, but not such an adult pet (Bear was 12 when we adopted hime).

This is a website mentioned by Duffy's Mom.
Perhaps some of these babies might be of interest.

I know you said you wanted a male Yorkie, but take a look at Molly. She is available through Brat Pack and is being fostered in Leesburg. Sorry I am unable to post Molly's photo. So here is the link: https://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/32550953/

You might want to check out Petey. Even though the rescue carries an Orlando address, I am not sure where he is fostered.

Petey is a super sweet 4 yr. old Yorkshire Terrier boy who weighs 10 lbs. This handsome guy loves to spend time outside, going for walks or trotting around the yard. When inside, he likes to rest & relax, stay close to his humans or even play with toys. He is nicely socialized and has excellent house manners. Petey seems mostly house trained, and does very well when kept on a consistent schedule. This sweetie will "speak" when he wants something, and lets you know it's time to eat or he's ready for another outing! He gets along fine with other dogs, and will do well in just about any household with adults or respectful children.
Please visit our main site to APPLY TO ADOPT.
More About Petey
Pet ID: 4855
House trained • Spayed/Neutered • Current on vaccinations

Here is a little guy. Not sure where located in FL. Has some medical issues, but looks like he would be a wonderful addition to someone's family. Check out Rigby. Adoptable Yorkies

So very sorry to hear of Little Bear crossing Rainbow Bridge. As hard as it is, this is the way it should be - we should outlive our pets.

Today, we brought in 20 dogs from a breeder. Although all were supposed to be Poodles less than 5yrs and under 5lbs., there just might be a
Yorkie-Poo or Shi-Poo hidden under all those mats. They are headed to our vet now, but we do know there are 9 girls and 11 boys. I'll be fostering a couple of the girls when they are ready.

Are you up for fostering until you find your new FurEver buddy? If so, please go to Dogs for adoption from our Rescue in Orlando FL and fill out the application. Where it asks what dog you are interested in, just write in "Foster Only. If you have questions, please PM me and I'll respond with my contact email / phone number.

Who knows, there may be a cute Yorkie hiding under some of that fur on the ones we picked up today!
