Has anyone used Cindy Fonda for eyebrows? Is their anyone you would recommend? Does permanent really mean permanent or do they need to be touched up periodically? Lots of questionsb- so much to think about. Thanks for your input.

I know Cindy from MVP Health Club at Brownwood, her husband is a friend of mine. Her website Permanent Makeup In The Villages Florida has a lot of info and even some videos. I can't vouch for her work, but I know she has been doing this for 20 years and sold her business in Ohio and now has a shop here on 466 east of Rolling Acres Rd. They live in the Village of Amelia.
