The top half is going to be a senior hooters with ladies over 60 as servers, and the bottom is going to be a parking garage.

Ok.....They are almost done with the upstairs concrete work and are starting the interior walls.

times 2. That's all we heard about while here in August during the Lifestyles visit; just wasn't what we were expecting. Seemed to be a lot of ladies there looking for men to take them home (or maybe other women to take them home :shrug:)
