Makes me want to run for my paints and brushes BUT.....


How could I capture it this well? I love the gray sky and the brilliant beak and the frisky limey green leaves that the sun caught..and the varied colors of the birch tree. You made Mrs. Cardinal much more lovely than her husband. You have to start making LARGE prints on canvas of photographs like this to sell to people who would treasure them.

Love the picture. Lots of cardinals in our yard and bird feeders. Did not realize that they can have as many as three or four nest each season.

Really gorgeous photo. I love cardinals and birch trees. Used to love to watch the male cardinal feed the female seeds when we lived in Ohio.

And I thought this was a thread about a big change in either Major League Baseball or the Catholic Church.
