Oak Hammond Plaza
 

The shopping center to be constructed next to Rohan Regional Rec Center is called Oak Hammond Plaza. Publix has already signed a lease. Does anyone else have additional information about possible tenants?

I was hoping Winn Dixie or Fresh Market would have been the anchor tenant; just to balance out the Publix already at Colony and by Brownwood. A little competition never hurts!

Hopefully another Starbucks??

Rumor has it there will be an adult book store, a regional training center for televangelists, a pawn shop, and a bring your own bottle bar.

I was hoping for a strip joint, a motorcycle chop shop, a tatoo parlour, and a poker room.

I heard there will be an office to place deed restriction complaints...

And a store to sell personal MMP stripes.

Plasma center, hearing aid shopand a office for missing items.

...and hookers with shrimps on their toes.

I was under the impression they would have a Subway, a eye glass shop, a Chinese carryout, a liquor store, a Citizens Bank, a nails shop, a hearing aid store, a barber or hair salon, a dry cleaner or yogurt shop and for the professionals a dentist or an investment firm.
