Residential Resources - Unreliable and Unprofessional
 

Very disappointed in this company. They do not stand behind their work and do not return phone calls. Be cautious about using this company.

Looking on Sunbiz.org and don't see a company by that name listed other than one in Jacksonville, FL. Can't imagine you hired anyone from Jacksonville. More details needed.

Sunbiz would only have a company that was incorporated or an LLC but probably not the small business single-owner or partnership business that many lawn services are. I checked the BBB but could not find them. Some research showed the owner, Tim Banks, used to operate a company called Yard Wizards - also a landscaper. I would check with Seniors Vs Crime on both the company and the owner.

Yep, that is who we dealt with. His invoice indicated the has an Ocala address now. He did some of my neighbors properties and they looked fine but he did not return calls when questions arise, plants die, or for that matter, any other issue. Also, he is always asking for money each day his crew shows up in order to pay them. I would not recommend him.

These claims are spot on. Once they have your money, they will never respond to take care of anything or fulfill promises. If you do get a hold of them Jessica will promise to be right out the next day and you will never see them. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, doing business with them!!

He was probably paying his workers daily under the table. Maybe day workers picked up on the street corner. I would never use someone without proof of insurance and a business license and positive reviews from TOV. There are too many good companies that follow the rules to iusethis person.
