Need your help
 

I am new to the Villages and I need a couple of recommendations for the following:

1. Name and #'s of Mallory Square utility companies (i.e. water, electric, etc.)
2. Rental Management company, I understand they charge different rates, does that mean the services they offer for 10% or 20% are different?
3. Cleaning company
4. Watch company
5. Lawn service - using push mowers only

If you purchased, all of the utilities (water, electric, trash, etc,) will be transferred to you at the time of sale, the only one you get to choose is cable provider.
I would strongly recommend against using the village property management, I had very bad experience with them.
Can not provide and info on push mower only lawn care.
