I really liked this after I had seen the whole thing. Did not like it until I got to the end and thought about it. Whiplash (2014) - Rotten Tomatoes

i did not know what to expect and ordered it via Netflix since the one lead (sorry I cannot recall his name) won Best Supporting Actor. I was mesmerized throughout the film. I could not believe how he treated the young man who was obviously very talented. I keep wondering if it is like this in the real world? The film stayed in my thoughts long after seeing it.
