We just had Sam Thornburg at Villages Home Pros do a small job mounting decoy owls on our lanai. He was punctual and had the necessary equipment and supplies. We were happy with his services.

We had Sam work in our home on a bathroom remodel. He gave us a reasonable estimate. He did a wonderful job! He was here every day working until the project was finished. He cleaned up every evening and kept the mess to a minimum. The work looks wonderful! We are so happy that we hired him. We will be calling him for any jobs we have in the future.

Sam installed shower doors for us. Prompt, courteous, and cleaned up after the job. We will contact him again!

AWESOME WORK! Had Sam & Tara Thornburg perform large remodeling job in my home. I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They showed up on time, each and every day, cleaned up at the end of the day (to the point that I wouldn't have even known they were there!) I called E.P.I.C. Home Pros. to repair a leak around one of the roof vents. Sam & Tara were at the house at the time they said they would be. While Sam was sealing up around the roof vents, I had a great conversation with Tara. We talked work, travel, health and most importantly family. Outstanding Responsiveness!
 

We live in Charlotte in The Villages. Immediately after Hurricane Irma, I contacted E.P.I.C. for a roof shingle repair. The phone was answered by Tara. A very pleasant conversation resulted in Sam coming out with his son Gabriel for a quick inspection of the damage. Sam came on the day promised. After the inspection on a Thursday, he told me he would be back on Saturday to do the work and gave me a price estimate, I agreed. He showed up on Saturday as promised and did a great job. The final price matched his estimate. I couldn't be happier with E.P.I.C. Simply put, they were responsive and did a wonderful job. I kept their business card for any future work. Sam and Brad just completed a remodel on the back of my home including installing a 12 foot slider door. They were punctual, polite, and very skilled. I gave them 5 stars!

We have just had our Lanai converted into a Cat 5 sunroom by Sam and team.
