What's wiht the Morse/Stillwater road barriers
 
Just North of the Stillwater Circle on Morse Blvd. there are barrels and a large sign that has closed one lane of Morse. Any body know what that is all about?

It's probably testing to determine if there's a better way to negotiate the roundabouts in particular when the snow birds return.

Last week the workers were taking out the old flowers and planting new ones. I think it is there for the safety of the workers. I could be wrong but that is what I observed
