I know there was a post about a comcast person in Lessburg that was very helpful with accs. but I cant find the post can anyone help me with this . Thanks

she will respond to either VM or email.. very helpful and timely response..
she helped me with a huge billing problem after we ordered the hockey package and they triple billed me .. took all I had mentally to deal with their customer service and no help.. she had it straight in a day.
