Solar power
 
Was in the villages 18 years, got to crowded, bought in Green Key Village, lady lake, average Electric bill $30. Total a month, have had as low $10.21, which is the connect fee to Duke energy, well built homes, pool and rec area being built:a040: Solar panels on all homes,
