The toilet got really clogged and would not clear out despite my best efforts with my hand auger. Got on TOTV and found a Tim Herndon Plumbing recommendation. Patrick came out and used his commercial auger and cleared the stoppage. He also suggested a better fill valve that would give a stronger flush and fill the bowl faster. Very happy with the plumber and company. Very reasonable prices, knowledgeable and polite. Will absolutely use them again.
