Every country on the planet is now taking advantage of our lawless, look the other way, don't make waves, play nice nice Obama stupid positions on anything.

Funny. Why not just make it a toll both? They could give the Mexicans Sun passes or EZ passes to eliminate some of the congestion at the border.
