Help needed in hiding Sponsor Ads
 
Several months ago instructions were posted on TOTV about a way to hide all sponsor ads. I have searched for this previous post to no avail. My previous laptop went deep six and TOTV was so much faster w/o the ads. Thank you.

Install Adblock Plus https://adblockplus.org/ It's available for many browsers.

Tried that, didn't work. Restarted after download, still nothing.

Did you install the download? Did you download the version suited for the browser you're using?

yea, tried everything. still the annoying ads that really slow the laptop down.
