This just looks like a bad man not someone with just mental problems. You should look at these criminals that commit these acts on an individual basis. Some are bats#$t crazy like the Son of Sam but this man just looks like someone evil with a gun and many grudges.

Who lets them be out stalking and and threatening publicly instead of being incarcerated after the first 3 or 4 terrorizing incidents toward decent people??

There's been plenty of warning with every single one of these killers. Bleeding hearts will NOT lock them up!

Stalkers are locked up if there is enough evidence against them. There was an arrest of a Villages man stalking a woman a few weeks ago.
