Can anyone tell me what a home watch person watching over a snowbirds house does? Like, what do they check weekly, bi weekly etc and what is a good monthly price for such a service. Thanks in advance for your replies.

We use Charlene at village sitter. She is at our home every week, takes about an hour. Checks for leaks, looks for mold, runs the irrigation to look for problems. Runs disposal, flushes toilets, check windows for leaks. And so much more. Give her a call she is better than family taking care of your home. We had two other homewatch people that we let go befor Charlene 267) 481-0588. You will sleep better. Knowing that your home is well taken care of

I agree. Charlene is the best and took care of her home like it was her own. She watched our home 14 months before we moved in and when we arrived everything was perfect. Can't say enough good about her.

I'll be down Saturday inspecting a house in the Spanish Springs area that I just put under agreement. Since I will not be doing more than a few visits for the next 1 - 2 years, I need to arrange Home Watch, Lawn Service and Pool maintenance.
