First indication of snow bird arrivals?
 

What is the first sign of the winter season starting. When do you realize the snow birds are roosting for the winter. Lets have fun with this!

two jobs when younger...to afford the necessities...it beats just making pocket change and listening to people complain...

Right after Columbus weekend. Once Thanksgiving arrives, we no longer go to restaurants.

People who swing way out into the oncoming lane to pass golf carts snuggly in their own lane.

Lots more great people and dogs to greet in the morning.

They seem to arrive at the same time as the love bugs.......very strange......

I don't believe they start arriving until the love bugs have all left

It's not the snowbirds, the issue is when do the renters arrive. You will know when the bunkers look like bigfoot was having a dance party, the greens look like the pocked marked moon. Then some are really rude. Just my opinion !!!!!!

Have to admit that I agree. Snow bird owners have the same feelings about responsibility to TV that full time owners have. The renters feel that they have paid their rent and it is then "liberty city" for everything including not raking the bunkers or taking care of ball marks on the green. At least that has been my experience when playing golf.

When you have to get to activities 45 minutes before they start to get in!
