Home Inspections?
 
We are considering buying a pre-owned home. Can anyone recommend a home inspection service? Also could anyone give me an estimate of the monthly fees or dues. Thanks, Daryl

If you contact the sales center, they will send you a packet of information on monthly costs and they are very close to the real thing. Not only the fees but the typical amount for insurance, utilities, taxes, just about everything is covered. The sales center will NOT contact you or harass you or bother you in any way. It is a good packet.
