Bison Valley Work Requirement?

Must one actually work in The Villages to live in Bison Valley, or are the houses marketed to the general public? Everyone I talk to says it is only for people employed in The Villages. Whats the deal?

However this does not guarantee that the children will get to attend the charter schools. For that one must be employeed by TV's, a contractor of TV's or within TV's....and there are certain criteria's for that as well.
