Cellphone coverage
How is the overall cellphone coverage for Verizon and AT&T in TV area?
|
It all depends on where in TV you are. It varies widely. This is a common question. As I posted earlier in a similar thread, check with the NSA, they know which cellphone service is the best!!

Sprint coverage is not the best

Live in The Village of St. Charles. My ATT coverage is always great. Never a problem.

Our AT&T coverage in Lake Deaton usually gets one to two bars inside. Voice is garbled from time to time. Improvement in coverage is needed.

None of them are stellar mostly because there is too much traffic and not enough towers. Just don't get hooked into a 2 year contract.

we use net10. they use att towers. have not had any problem in Hadley
|
Never had a problem using Verizon
|
AT&T in Labelle is terrible. Barely get one bar in our home and most calls are dropped unless we are out on the lanai or standing right next to a window or door.

You might be eligible for the AT&T Microcell box at no cost. This is a small box that creates a cell zone in your house and routes calls through the internet. It connects to your router with a cat5 ethernet cable. Setup is trivial and it works great. Call AT&T.

We use Cricket (ATT Towers). Excellent coverage in Bonita.

Haven't had any problems with Verizon in Lake Deaton

I'm in Tamarind-when we first moved her we had to dump AT&T, use Verizon no problem, if you are too close to a cell tower-your reception will stink--the expression is you're under the gun
