New barbecue place
 
I just read on the Gourmet Club's Facebook Page, that there will be a new barbecue joint opening this month in Ocala. It's called Southern Pig.

Great name for a "pork shop".

Can't wait to try it. Might be better than Oakwood.

I also see that Chef Louis Santiago will be at the club's next meeting. Wow!
