Appraisal?
 

Sorry to keep bringing this up, but I am trying to figure out how to appraise a property.

I think I read that the power lines subtract 20%.

Does the rear facing direction have any value to it?

What if it is an older home that has not been updated at all?

What is the per sq ft based on? Condition, age, location, etc?

I have already asked about the single pane windows.

Don't know about the condition of the roof.

Would change out all of the flooring.

Just trying to figure out a fair offer, if we decide to go that way.

I said the other day that I have found a house at TV, but my husband hasn't. And when we move, it will be together.

Use a professional, they are trained to figure these things out. You obviously are not.
