When the Paradise Center was in disrepair to the point of injurious mold & crumbling, it took much discussion, time & pressure before the repairs were made. I noticed in the Daily Sun a few days ago that a major renovation was done to the Polo grounds building with little or no fanfare. Can someone explain?

My BEST GUESS would be....that because outside orginizations come in to town...spend a lot of money in the hotels and rest....and pay dearly to use the polo field....there is probably more money to spendt....just a GUESS.....

Carole,

To the best of my knowledge, the Polo field/stadium is privately owned by the Developer so he is free to do whatever upgrades renovations he so desires whenever he wants. It is not owned by the resident CDDs and is not supported by our amenity fees.

;) 07 as usual is correct. Got to love 07!!!!! I wished the historic Paradise building had been raised, demolished, rebuilt from the ground up. We just got a bandaid. Hopefully, someday, they :dontknow: will see the value of upgrading Mr. Schwartzs' amazing dreams and the beautiful historic side!!!! ;D

07...how do you know all this stuff!! I am amazed...I don't even quite understand the CDD's etc....perhaps you should teach a class...
