El Santiago Recreation Center - UPDATED 10/14/2015
 

On February 11, 2015, the Amenity Authority Committee awarded the contract for the demolition and reconstruction of the new El Santiago Recreation Center. For the safety of both residents and workers, please refrain from entering the construction zone. ^ The exterior of the building is substantially complete. The landscaping is complete and being maintained by District Property Management contractors. Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical systems are complete and being tested. Audio / Visual systems are installed and tested. Kitchen appliances are being installed and the interior finishes are nearing completion. The project is on schedule for a December 2015 opening.
