Big Craft Show Saturday
 

The Villages Craft Show & Sale will be at three different Rec centers tomorrow, Oct. 17th from 9 am until 2 pm. Locations are: Colony Cottage Rec Center, Laurel Manor and Savannah. There will be great crafts such as: clay, glass fusion, stained glass, embroidery, quilting, paper, decoupage, card making, flowers, baskets & more! Come check it all out!

Always a great event!

I was a bit confused when I saw the ad for the craft show in yesterday's rec news. On opposite pages.....one was for a "Fall Fine Art Show" at Seabreeze and on the opposite page was for a "Craft Show" At Savannah, Laurel Mannor and Colony Cottgae. I believe the art show at Seabreeze is for the painters and the craft show will have various types of crafts as the afore mentioned poster said. That's a lot of shopping and looking for people here in The Villages! I say "just make a day of it and enjoy the local talent!! Please visit me at Colony Cottage in the "Theater Room" where I will be displaying my wreaths.
