Anybody spent some time driving in France? If so you may have noticed roundabout art. WSJ

Since I both enjoy art and driving roundabouts as opposed to being stuck at interminable traffic lights this is the way to go IMHO.

Can you just imagine tv drivers and art in a roundabout.
