House Cleaning Recommendation
 

Can anyone recommend a good, but reasonable house cleaner?
I know Whitney from Right Girls has been highly recommended, however, I have not had much luck with them. I don't know how she is running her business or maybe since she has been so highly recommended she is overwhelmed. But, if that is the case, she should simply say, she's not taking on any new clients at this time. I called her company 3 or 4 days in a row last week, twice the answering machine said her mailbox was full and couldn't take any more messages and twice I was able to leave a message but was never called back. Finally, Whitney herself answered the phone. She asked if she could call me back in one hour, I said yes, no problem. Four days later, I am still waiting for that call back. I read on their facebook page that someone else was having the same issues with them.

I tried her several times, left messages and finally Whitney answered herself and told me she would call back in an hour, that was two weeks ago. I have hired someone else. If Whitney was not taking on new clients all she had to do was say so. If you PM me I will give you the name and phone # of the woman I hired. so far so good.

Sounds like BAd business to me....I would not use them based on those replies of not returning calls.

Same result from Whitney. I called her the first time and she said she would get back to me after she was finished her day....she never did. I tried a few weeks later and she said the same thing....never got back to me. I would not waste any more time with her.

It makes me sad to read these as I was one of the ones who recommended her.

Not your fault Bonny. Don't feel bad. I'm sure she does great work and her price was great. She's her own worst enemy. If she handled things better, I think she could have had a great booming business here...too bad.

I also use her Bonny per your recommendation. I am pleased with her so far. Never had an issue with her getting back to me.

I also have Whitney clean for me and have no issues. I have called her three times and every time she picked up the phone. I either call early in the morning or later in the evening. She's reliable and thorough. No problem for me.

She always responds to me in a timely manner also. No issues. She does most of her own cleaning so early morning or later in the day would probably be best.

Glad to hear some of you are pleased with Whitney. She's a hard worker.

It sounds to me like Whitney responds to all of her existing customers with no problem and I have no doubt she is very nice. However, I think the problem arises with people calling who are not yet her customers. As I said, she is probably overwhelmed with new requests and doesn't know how or want to handle them so she ignores them and that is not good business. She should simply say she is not taking on new clients at this time, not tell them she will call you back and then never does hoping they will just quietly go away.

Has anyone used Molly Maids?
