Kwikset Hardware
I recently had a problem with my Kwikset lockset on my 9 year old garage/house door.The latch bolt was sticking so I called Kwikset and found out that Kwikset has a lifetime warranty.They asked for a picture of the lever,said it was defective because it was tilted down.Sent me out a new complete lockset via UPS free of charge.It is a upgraded model.If you have a problem with any lockset give them a call at 1-800-327-5625.A very nice experience for once.
