Sen McCain on the economy
 

Today on CNN there was a video shown to preface some political commentary...It basically showed Sen McCain saying "Our economy, I think, still, the fundamentals of our economy are strong" and then cut it and began to critique Sen McCain on being out of touch, etc.

Actually, had they NOT EDITED IT AND CUT..they would have heard "Our economy, I think, still, the fundamentals of our economy are strong, but these are very very difficult time"

A poster on here then posted the EDITED VERSION to make a point.

Why can we not make our point without cutting words out and editing. That, to me, is the lowest most shallow form of "journalism"...and if that is journalism then we got a problem.

Here is video with the entire sentence...notice it was edited at a COMMA !

This thread is not meant to discuss the accuracy of either Sen McCains comments or the economy...simply a statement on how low are reporting has gone.
