Broward Factory Service Warranty
 

Please let me know if you have any experience using this warranty. Sounds like a good value considering I have already had to have my dryer, ice maker, and dishwasher serviced this year and anticipate my microwave may be next to have a problem. They are running a special group rate for TV. A friend told me about it and I saw their ad in one of the monthly magazines. Thanks.

I have had this service for a couple of years and find them very convenient. They replac d my garbage disposal this year and repaired my refrigerator. Also had a couple of plumbing issues they resolved. Works for me. They are very prompt.

We just started our second year with them. So far they have repaired our refrigerator, dryer and air conditioner.

If memory serves me correctly, and it usually doesn't, Broward doesn't warranty LG.

We have used them for several years. Many of our friends now use them as well. Worth every penny we pay. We have definitely gotten our money's worth.

Love Broward! Especially for big ticket items like the air conditioner. Highly recommend them.

Please tell us about the special group rate for TV and where is it written.

Did it years ago. OK if you have problems. Expensive if you don't. Like any other Insurance Co., do you think they are in business and structure their rates to lose money?

They will repair LG but not replace the appliance if it cannot be repaired. Same goes for all foreign made appliances like Samsung.

A couple that I know have this service,their AC went out.The service came to fix the problem and told them that the part that they needed couldn`t be found.So they ended up getting a new AC unit.I told my AC service about this and they told me that part is very common and they have plenty in stock,Buyer beware.

The special is mentioned in their ad but doesn't show up on their website. You have to call and they will mail you the information. I haven't received it yet so that's basically all I can tell you. It starts at $209 and upgrade options are available. I'm encouraged by the positive replies that have been posted. Thanks to everyone for your prompt responses.
