Exterior pest control
 

We just bought our CYV in Hemingway in July and have no lawn, just landscaping pine straw and schrubs. Our home is in Property Management and they told me today I need a contract for lawn pest control. We already have, what I thought covered it, with Dean's, but apparently not only inside. PM recommended Zoysia Green Lawn, sounds like they work with Dean's. Does anyone know anything about Zoysia? Experiences?, Price?, Service?, etc.? Or any other recommendations?

Please, this is all new to me. If you have no lawn, why would you need lawn pest control? What would they eat?

As far as I've heard, Zoysia is not good. Some of the better pest control companies are Massey and Scotts.

we ae snowbirds with a CYV with no lawn and use Masseys and have been very pleased. Even with no lawn you can get spiders, ants and other bugs invading the area.
