Did you know that there is an on-line voter registration site? It is RockTheVote.com.

Obviously set up so the young voters can easily register to vote.

That was one of the organizations that got Obama elected with the help of young voters.

Doesn't sound too legal but they probably got an executive order to do it.

Another reason for photo ID when it comes to voting.
