Negative experience with city furniture!!
 

Would like to speak with anyone that has had a negative experience with City Furniture. We made a large purchase with them and had an issue that should have been simple to correct. Instead, their customer "NO" service does not return my calls or emails. Am considering legal action and would like to know if this is an isolated incident or if others have been affected. Their online reviews (found afterwards, unfortunately for me) are dismal. 352 750 6363

I am somewhere between hate and loathe but leaning towards despise when it comes to City Furniture. I don't think I've had a single positive experience since they've opened up here and I have to deal with them at least twice a year.

They are the equivalent to Tire Choice, zero customer service--look them up on line they are well know in South Fl,

Honestly, if you know furniture--there stuff is CRAP
