Meet & Greet: Tuesday, 11/17, 4PM
 

In compliance with the request of our singles unclub Queen, who is vacationing in Europe from her job here, I am scheduling the next meet and greet for next Tuesday, Nov 17, at 4 PM, at the usual location, the front porch of the sales office "hotel" facing the square at Lake Sumter Landing. No need to bring anything except perhaps business cards with your name, etc. Scrapes of paper with the info written in #2 lead pencil is also acceptable.

4 PM gives us an hour before the band makes conversation more difficult, but there is no set end time. Sometimes some follow up by going to the square for music and dancing, or to a nearby restaurant for supper, or both.

If you will be coming for the first time, it is a good idea to say so here in order to encourage more old-timers to attend.

wow, i cannot believe the wishy washy response to Maybe's kind offer of doing a meet and greet in my absence! is anyone planning to attend or shall we forget it?

I normally attend but won't be able to this time as I have other plans for that night. Catch you on the next one!

People do not have to post here about coming. The meet and greet is still on. Perhaps they have not heard that at these events I always treat all the new arrivals to a free surf and turf dinner. I have not heard about it myself.

hi sandra....yes, just show up at the sales office porch at 4pm and look for a tall, thin guy who looks like he would be great at charades :)
