Terrible! I am afraid we will be next. I have good guess who funding and behind this. The only middle eastern country that don't have terror attacks??? Is my guess?

Let us all hope and pray that what is happening in Paris is not being planned here in the USA.

OMG, watching CNN, this is unbelievable, now up to 118 dead, and probably going up.

If it isn't currently being planned, it most likely will be.

Unfortunately, you are correct.

We've been very fortunate here in the U.S. Can't account for our good luck -other than a few "incidents" (sorry to use a belittling word, but).

Our good fortune will surely run out. Our borders are a sieve, we have many citizens that are sympathetic to these M.E. terror groups and hate the U.S., a plethora of weapons and worse easily available, generally empathetic public, and unbridled social media gone wild.
Let's face it folks - it would not take much for an infiltrated group to marshall their resources and do their dirty deeds across our country. I could go on but won't. Simply too scary; I always say I'm glad I'm my age as this war ('course the WH simply cannot say it) will spread even more and be decades. Hate that our kids and grandkids are in for this in their lifetimes.

More human intelligence rather than drones, technology, and the like is really needed now. I hope that the CIA and others have been very busy winning hearts and minds over the past fifteen years or so.

Kind of very hard though to stop lone wolves, cells of some kinds, etc. even with very good human intelligence.

Praying for Paris

My best friend is visiting Paris and the apartment she rented is just 2 blocks from the concert hall. Have been on the phone with her since 6pm, I could hear the sirens. She's scared to death. Doesn't speak French, so local news isn't helping. I'm watching CNN and relaying news to her.

I think looking for sense in terrorism is an exercise in futility.

Because the French (like much of the rest of world) are considered to be infidels by ISIS.
