NO WATER in St. James

We have very low pressure (almost none) on our water here in St. James. Odd since this happened right after our power outage. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have experienced more utility breaks etc in the 9 years I have lived here then any other place I have lived. I have had bad water, sand etc enter my home three times in 9 years , and by my count 4 power outages and Central Florida isn't even subjected to heavy snows or ice build ups that create downed lines.........

We're in St. James and water seems fine.

And you can play golf and otber outdoor activities almost 365 days a year. And you can go to the grocery store, restaurants, country clubs, squares, beauty parlors, etc. in your golf cart. But I was raised in central Florida, so what do I know:MOJE_whot:

St. James gate is closed. Find an alternate route!

If no one else is having the same issue.....check your water meter...if its running fast...you might just have water main leak...

I went by St. James gate last evening at 11:00 and there was a water pipe broken or something. There was a guard at the gate waving people away to find an alternate route and the street by the gate was flooded.

Last night we also had very low pressure in Tamarind Grove, it wasn't completely off but was more than a trickle, it was about half of what is normal. This Sunday morning the water pressure is normal.

That's odd, in 4-1/2 years in a new home in Tamarind Grove I cannot remember ever having a power outage. Last night's low water pressure was the first, and my Century Link telephone and internet was out only once, it was restored as soon as a tech arrived and put a new battery in our backup system. He found that a lightning strike had knocked out the old battery.

Wow. Sounds like you live at 1313
Mockingbird Lane. [emoji6]

There was a water main break at the St. James gate. I still believe it is closed to traffic. Our water was back to normal when I got up at 4:00am. If you are driving, I would avoid that gate for a while.

Thanx for the offer, but we have water. There was a water main break at the St. James gate area.
