Thinking of buying in Eagle Ridge Villas. Any smell problem with the treatment plant?

We have own our house in Liberty Park since Jan '06 and have lived here since
Jul '07. Not once have I ever smelled anything from the treatment plant.

Have a friend who lives in those Villas and I have visited him many times and have never detected any type odor I could associate with the treatment plant.

yes, there is an occasional problem but it is rare due to the prevailing winds ........... We live next to that area for a year and a half ............ problem ( none when the doors and windows are closed) has been outdoors and maybe 2 or 3 times a year

We have a villa in Eagle Ridge and are there the last week of December, the first week of April, and the entire summer. We have never ever smelled anything in the 3 years of being part timers.
