I don't know why McCain or Obama would want to inherit this mess.

I worry and pray for our country to somehow get lucky.

So the $700 Billion Bail-out was defeated. Wasn't it touted as the only thing that could save the economy?
Good grief, what's going to happen now?

IF we get this mess straightened out by the birdbrains in Washington the next step should be to throw them all out and start with a new bunch.
I have written to our senators and reps and told them I wanted no golden parachutes and not to even consider me as a taxpayer paying for this. Crazy times...let's hope we all make it through this crisis.

approx 300million plus folks in america,

that's $3,000 per head, give or take (hey, it's government work)

I've got 2 kids, so 4 heads here.

I'll take the $12K and bailout my own financial mess, maybe everyone else can do the same, or...

don't give me the $12K and I'll still figure a way to make it,

but don't give my $12K to the feds to give to Wall St. as I see it anyway
