Floor plan questions
 

The Anna Maria and Stonybrook floor plans appear the same with the difference being in the exterior construction (CBS for Stoneybrooks vs frame/vinyl for the Anna Maria). Are there other differences between the two? Also, is there a frame/vinyl version of the Gardenia?

The Camellia is the same as the Gardenia in frame except it is a little bigger because black stucco invades the inner space a bit.

The Anna Maria and Stoneybrook are identical, with the later slightly smaller due to stucco thickness. But be aware that both look significantly different if they have either the open or closed style kitchens.
