Need Elder Care Advice
 

Hi everyone, we are looking for recommendations for someone who deals in the legal aspects of Elder Care. Trusts, Power of Attorney, Power of medical Attorney and other things we need to educate ourselves about as we head down the road for a possible move to assisted living for a family member. Any responses will be greatly appreciated.

If you do a search on here you will find quite a few threads about this subject, with several recommendations. We used Susan Sullivan in Oxford (next to Bargains and Treasures) and she took care of all our documents. I think her number is (352) 694-1559. We were quite happy with what she prepared for us (trust, wills, etc.).

Amy Pittman is fantastic. She has office that is in Oxford off of 466. She is reasonable and a very sweet and caring person. Hard qualities to find in a lot of attorneys.

We used Mary Trotter when we did similar work and were quite pleased with her services. She is in the phone book and located in The Villages.
