Just moved ..everything set up but printer

I have the printer connected to the network..no problem but on the PC it says it's offline. Troubleshooting says turn it on..turned it off and on still no change. I have an HP 5660 printer and a dell laptop using Windows 10. Any suggestions?

Reboot your router by unpluging it. Then reboot your computer.

Usually it means your computer is not hooked to the Internet but sometimes you'll get the message if your time and date on your computer are wrong. Sometimes even the sleep mode will make it think it's offline.

Does your printer work when plugged directly into your laptop, rather than via the network?
