Desmond Harris - Covenant - Pavers/Dryer Vent
 

There have been numerous prior threads praising Desmond Harris, Covenant Janitorial, for his quality of work, ethics, and reasonable costs. We just had him out for several projects and he again exceeded our expectations. What a quality man he is.

Dryer Vent cleaning.... $55; we had it done 6 years ago and let it go too long. It's amazing how much lint gets trapped in the tube and the vent. We will probably do it every 2-3 years now.

Paver cleaning/sealing - again, he does an excellent job cleaning and perfect application of the sealer at a price far more reasonable than the paver companies.

Painted Driveway/Lanai clean/seal .... he cleaned our painted lanai so well I thought he had already done the seal. Once sealed, it looked even better.

He is getting ready to start doing summer kitchen/outside grill cleaning services.

I also suggested he think about a cleaning service that rejuvenates faded bronze lanai/birdcage frames.

I too have had Desmond Harris. Very nice gentleman, good work ethic. He also sealed my lanai and did dryer vent cleaning.

We have used Desmond annually to do our dryer vent and replace our fire alarm batteries for several years now. I cannot recommend him enough, very professional.

We've had Desmond Harris for our dryer vent cleaning, which we do yearly, and do our window washing, inside and out. In the spring, we'll have him back to re-seal our painted driveway and walkway. He's a wonderful man with excellent workers and a great worth ethic. I highly recommend him.

CE.... He charged $350 for driveway pavers....might be more if you have an extra large driveway but not much more.

Desmond has done my dryer vent for years, also my vent duct cleaning. Last year he sealed my driveway and also washed the ugly irrigation water stain from my house. Since I am a widow and alone, he also helps me do things like get stuff out of the attic, change batteries and once even moved some furniture for me. Oh, he also replace the plastic hoses on my washing machine with stainless steel ones. He is a jewel.

What else can be said in support of Desmond Harris? He just finished up cleaning and sealing our pavers and cleaning our dryer vent. He is very thorough, neat and cares about his customers. He's an honorable and ambitious young man who appears to be inventing his business as the needs arise.

His company cleaned my dryer vent in November very nicely. Two days ago the vent hose popped off the back of the dryer and I couldn't reach it to reattach it. Mr. Harris himself came out very promptly and reattached the hose for me. Very quick and polite service! Thank you!:BigApplause:

Absolutely agree with all the positive comments about Mr Harris and his company.

Also, a couple of years ago when he was cleaning out our dryer vent I asked him about cleaning our grill on our summer kitchen. He and his helper did a fantastic job cleaning the grill and charged us $75. Much better job than my wife & I have done on that grill.

We, too, cannot say enough good things about Desmond and are very happy to hear that he's going to start cleaning grills.
