Tile Floors and Backsplash
 

We want to give a shout out to Robert Hance who has been installing about 1400 sq ft of porcelain tile in our house over the past 12 days. Robert has worked every day, yes Saturday and Sunday, from morning till night. He is meticulously professional in everything he does and when he says he will do something, he delivers the goods.
For our floor tile, Robert would insure each edge was aligned with the next tile so that the floor was perfectly flat. This is very difficult to do with tile that is 36 in long. When the tile edge was not perfect, he popped it up and started all over again.
Robert replaced all the moulding and the floor looked as if it was placed during the build.
I am a very discerning when it comes to contractors and their work and I am with them all the time. Robert exceeded all the expectations I had for this job.
Robert also installed our backsplash after which, we asked him to install the floor.

Robert was going to install lanai tile this week but our schedule got pushed back because our windows didn't come in on time. I ended up hiring someone else to do the work since Robert was booked. I hope I don't regret doing that. I will have him do our backsplash at a later date, however. I must tell you his price was excellent compared to the other contractor we ended up hiring as we ended up paying more.
