Yoga classes in the villages?
 

I'm looking for any place to practice for the next couple weeks while I visit The Villages. Anyone have a location or classes I can attend? Thank you

There are many Yoga classes. When you get here go to Rec Center, pick up a Rec News, there are many listings for the classes.

I'm a member of MVP and go to the Brownwood location daily. They have yoga 3 times a day on Mon, Wed and Fri and twice a day on Tue and Thur. You can walk in and ask to try out the place, they will give you a 3 day or 5 day pass for free, they advertise different promotions. Afterwards you can pay $10 a day or join which is $60 a month. It is the big brick building across the parking lot from Toojays. The classes are very good, they have mats, blocks and straps you can use and the instructors are all certified.
