He has no knowledge or capability to delegate anything.....and militarily his knowledge, ability and capability is non existent.....further worsened by not listening to all the military commanders.

In my opinion, he was not capable of being commander-in-chief before he was elected, and has not learned anything from his on the job training. He has fooled a lot of folks with his apparent lie about being a Harvard grad. Although, education is not what it used to be.

That is what happens when you make a Communityn Organizer Commander-In-Chief!

I doubt if he could organize an office party without assistance. But, he would insist on doing it by himself, his way and it would fail just like everything else he has tried.

He was put in place he is only following orders. He was groomed years ago to be president. Yes he should not be in office.

But he most certainly will be sure to be arms length enough away from the details so that when it goes wrong there will be someone to blame!!!
